Our highly skilled inspection personnel make use of five in house coordinate measuring machines capable of supporting tools up to 20′ x 6′ x7′ (6 m x 2 m x 2.3 m) in size with an accuracy of .001″ (0.025mm) and nine portable laser trackers capable of achieving similar accuracies for larger tools.
To ensure that the highest quality of products are achieved, our dedicated quality assurance team is actively engaged throughout product realization to ensure customer requirements and specifications are precisely achieved and accurately documented.
To ensure we maintain integrity, accuracy and reproducibility of our measurements, calibrations and quality activities, all company policies and procedures comply with ANSI/ISO/ASQ, Q9001:2008 and AS9100C international standards.

The company’s quality lab currently houses four manual Poli coordinate measurement machines (CMM) and one table-top Mora CMM. Measurement envelope of the four CMM’s is 20′(X) x 6′(Y) x 7′(Z) and are calibrated to a volumetric accuracy of .003 inch. The Mora table-top CMM has a measurement envelope of 5.5′(X) x 3′(Y) x 3′(Z) calibrated to a volumetric accuracy of .0025 inch. Each CMM employs the Computer Parts Programming System Metrology Software (CAPPS-DMIS) with a strong graphics engine, complete CAD capability and powerful programming language with DMIS.
