Scheduling Management

Scheduling management starts during the proposal process. We start with a review the RFQ (request for Quote) review the Customer’s need date for the program /project; in some cases we may need a team of functional support personnel to collect information. After we review the scope, we consider current capacity, and look at future high probability work planned in the coming months. We also assess any long lead purchased items, at that point we can start to develop a bid and proposed schedule. Once a program is won, we utilize MS project 2010 as well as many other formats to create, monitor, and provide visibility and weekly status to our Customer base. If changes are required by the Customer, we negotiate these dates to the schedule as required.
